A list of frequently encountered problems and their solutions.

Question 1: I've downloaded an mp3 and it won't play!

Answer: Mp3 Songs should have .MP3 at the end of the name. If it is something else like .viv or .ps or .bin then rename it.

Question 2: It still dosen't play!

Answer: Then it is probably an archive. Rename it so that it has .zip at the end of the name. You can now de-archive it. If you don't have WinZip de-archiver, click below to get it
